How to Register at acag.punjab.gov.pk Website
- Visit Website: Go to the official ACAG website
- Click Register: Press the “Register” button at the top right corner
- Open Form: Access the citizen registration form
- Enter Name & CNIC: Fill in your Full Name and CNIC Number
- Family Details: Enter Father’s or Husband’s Name and their CNIC

Who Can Apply for the Apni Chat Apna Ghar Program?
Applications for the Apni Chhat Apna Ghar program are restricted to specific individuals. According to NADRA data, you must be the head of your household and a permanent resident of Punjab in order to qualify. Steps to Fill acag.punjab.gov.pk Application Form Online
After registration, log in to your account with your CNIC and password. A certificate will appear with three points to confirm:
- You live in Punjab
- You don’t own any house
- You have a valid plot
Tick all boxes and press “Proceed” to move forward. The form has three parts:
1. Personal Information:
Add your alternate phone number, date of birth, marital status, spouse info, and full address.
2. Property Information:
Give plot size, location type, ownership details, address, and landmark near your land.
3. Economic Information:
Mention your job, income, spouse’s income, work sector, and monthly household earnings.
Then upload photo and click “Save & Next”.
Documents Required for Apna Ghar Loan Scheme
